My wife is the Sports Director at the YMCA of The Greater Tri-Cities and she's always looking for volunteers. She reminded me that February is American Heart Month and that being physically active and adding play in your day are just a couple ways you can take care of your heart.

The Tri-City Americans unveiled a portion of their promotional plans for the 2012-13 season, their 25th in the Mid-Columbia. As in year’s past, the Americans are proud to continue their caused-based marketing initiatives this year.  Tri-City will kick-off their 25th Anniversary season on Saturday, September 22 vs. the Spokane Chiefs.
