I am always fascinated by the solar system so when I saw the news last night about a storm on the sun that is sending particles toward the earth at 4 million miles per hour I kind of perked up.

For the past two years, videographer Tom Lowe has been shooting footage of the American Southwest for his upcoming ultra-HD time lapse feature film ‘TimeScapes.’ The new trailer has just been released online, and the footage Lowe has captured of both our planet’s natural and man-made beauty will make you proud to call Earth home.
