It took officials months of hard work, but an arrest has been made in connection with the deadly Sleepy Hollow fire in Chelan County, that in June 2015, burned a lot of buildings including homes.

A Chelan County judge has ordered a big-shot Seattle developer to serve 45 days in jail for attempted murder of 123 poplar trees.

The investigation continues, but authorities say texting while driving may have led to a rollover crash that left one of the victims pinned underneath the wreckage of the car.
