Unidentified Body Found Near Hat Rock State Park
The Umatilla County Sheriff's office and the Richland Police are investigating the discovery of a body found near Hat Rock State park off highway 730 10 miles northeast of Hermiston.

The body was discovered Friday November 4th in the Sand Station Recreation Area. The Richland Police department was on scene as well investigating a missing person's case. No word on the identity of the remains or if foul play was involved.
