I try to be vigilant about my health and of course, yours as well. We've got to talk about this big news: Red Dye No. 3 is officially outta here!
Now, for those of you livin' under a rock (just kiddin'!), Red 3 has been linked to cancer in animal studies. And while the FDA kind of dragged its feet on this one, they finally pulled the plug.
