I had a big laugh this morning when I read a story in the Tri-City Herald about what's going on at the fair today. One of the events they mention is the musical act on the main stage and here's where I'll quote the paper, "Whitesnake, a vintage rock band"....."Vintage" REALLY!!

Made me think back to the 80's when I was listening to Whitesnake on the radio and I'm pretty sure my daughter was conceived while listening to their music..LOL to munch info I know. The survey by Match.com reveals that 78% of people listen to music when getting ready for a date. 49% of men set the mood with music. Other findings:

- 57% of men listen to classic rock when getting ready for a date while 54% of women prefer pop music

- 49% of men and 39% of women found classic rock to be a turn-on for their dates

- 49% of men have listened to Barry White when getting ready for a date

- 44% of women have listened to Robin Thicke and Maroon 5 when getting ready for a date
