Why Would Someone Steal a 74-Year-Old Man’s Scooter?
On October 25th in Kennewick a 74-year-old handicapped man's mobility scooter was stolen out of his garage. Here's one guess why:
With a little bit of modification a mobility scooter can go as fast as a car. Although I'm not sure how well a three wheeled scooter will drive at that speed.
