Women nag more than men. It's true. A new study tried to figure out why. And their answer was...it's a vicious cycle.

Women are more likely to nag because they're conditioned to believe they're responsible for keeping everything running smoothly: Their home, their family, and their life. So they notice potential problems quicker, and start nagging to try to fix them.

As a result, the person they're nagging...generally men, but not always, starts hating the nagging. And as a result of that, men start withholding more and get less communicative which leads to even more nagging. That's the cycle.

So how do you break it? The first thing to do is identify the nagging cycle. Then work together on communicating without nagging, and make things more positive.
