Bill's company shelled out $80 million for the nearly 25-thousand acres in Tonopah, around 50 miles west of Phoenix. The development, called Belmont, will reportedly have room for 80-thousand homes along with 3,800 acres of office space and retail outlets, 3400 acres of open space and 470 acres dedicated for public schools.
