I Lost 20 Pounds In 40 Days! Here’s How I Did It [PHOTOS]
so…40 days ago I started a personal journey. I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. I decided to make a change and as of this morning, I’m down 20 pounds. I was at my sister’s wedding a few months back and they took a photo and I had to crop it. I didn’t like myself and I didn’t feel good so I needed to make a change.
It’s been a long time coming and I decided to kick the soda pop habit for good. I didn’t want to talk about it until I accomplished it but now that I’ve hit my goal and gone beyond that.
The program I was on is called Dynamic Fat Loss where they promise you lose 20 pounds in 40 days and guess what, it works!!!
The biggest take away is my brain is now re-wired and I don’t even want a soda. I’ve started reading packages and realizing that I’m not going to risk myself to empty calories again. I have even cut out sugar from most of my diet.’m not advocating anything nor will I ever be a gym goer so I needed something to change my life, and this program did it for me.

It is odd for me to order water these days at a restaurant or not have a soda at an event but I feel great and I just don’t ever want myself to get out of control again plus I discovered that there are things I like to cook so fast food is a rare occasion these days.
I just wanted to share the news, I know that a lot of folks struggle with weight so how you do it is your own personal journey and your plan is your own business and no one should make you feel less no matter what you weigh. I know for me, I just had to do this for myself.
