Sleepless Nights? What’s the Best Remedy?
These last few weeks, I haven't been able to sleep much at all! Last night I was awake until around 4:30 a.m. Funny though, around 2 a.m. I put something on Facebook! And it was like the whole Tri-Cities was awake experiencing the same thing!
What is going on with all of us!? I even exercised! And I took a dance class last night, went to Bookwalter Winery and watched an awesome duo! Enjoyed my evening with good company and went home ready to hit the hay!
Instead I was awake all night and had to go get HAY at 8 a.m. this morning! So rough day! And seems like it's the case with me over the last few months. Allergies? Hormones? Too busy of a life?
Or is it that we all just have a little too much stress in our lives? I'm thinking THAT might be it!
