Every year, the American Farm Bureau Federation releases a study on how much it'll cost to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people.

Thanksgiving is almost here, which means we start seeing turkeys everywhere—on TV, in our children's school drawings, running through our dreams every single night while we sleep ... you get the idea. And eventually these poor turkeys will be inside many of our overstuffed stomachs as well.

The American Red Cross will hold the annual Turkey Trot race at Columbia Park in Kennewick from 7:30 a.m. to about noon on Nov. 28. The race begins at 9 a.m. This family-friendly 5k or 1 mile race can be walked or run. Fun kid activities will be available and top finishers will receive prizes.

Both my boys live out of the area, so my son Brenden came to town this week to spend an early Thanksgiving with us! And my Eldest son Nick and my future Daughter in Law, drove down from Seattle. It was an awesome weekend!  My Ex Husband and us all got together for some family time...

We were chatting about Thanksgiving Day traditions this morning. The most common is probably going around in a circle during dinner and saying what you're thankful for. But BESIDES that, does your family do anything fun? Turkey bowl games...

It starts about NOW! People start stressing about who's house to eat at, where to go first, who to invite, what food to make etc People in general have a very stressful time around the holidays. And yes, lots of people feel a little crazy or weird during these days. And even can feel a little depressed.
