I viewed the advertisement numerous times on Facebook Marketplace that said a person has 3 two bedroom houses for sale at $10,000 each. Is this true?

They look great. There are images of one house which appears smaller, but for $10,000, who cares? And, there are 3 of them with appliances and fixtures.

They are ready to live in houses.

The seller is is building new homes on the land in Spokane. I reached out to the seller and asked if they're still available? I was told, "Yes, and the price is negotiable."

I messaged that I may know a few people who might be interested.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. However, the houses MUST be moved from the current location.

If you have vacant land, one or all of these would be great for you! The seller really doesn't want to see the houses demolished.
