It's finally coming to fruition. The new Prosser High School is coming together nicely.

I've got a soft spot in my heart for Prosser. My family and I lived there off Byron Road for four years and we love the community. I was working in Yakima and my wife was working in the Tri-Cities so Prosser for us was the perfect halfway point between The Tri-Cities and Yakima.

My step-son Kyran would've been a Mustang if we continued to live there but a few years back I got transferred to the Tri-Cities and just to show you what a great place Prosser is to live, our house sold in ONE day. Prosser has become and continues to be a great place to raise kids.

The really cool thing about Prosser is the pride they have for their schools and finally, Prosser High School is getting rebuilt. It had long been in need of an upgrade.

Our former neighbor Jesalyn works for Historic Downtown Prosser and got a chance to snap some photos on a tour of the new school and she's been nice enough to let me share these photos with you.

The construction is coming along nicely and I'm sure the future students will love the school. The school is being constructed by Chervenell Construction and the project will include a beautiful new school, sports fields, a performing arts facility, and two gyms!
