Affordable Housing Hits Tri-Cities as Pasco Haven is Unveiled
A new affordable housing development has been introduced to the Tri-Cities area. For those who are having a difficult time finding affordable options, this may be a lifesaver.
Pasco Haven will have 60 units featuring a mixture of single bedroom and studio apartments for homeless individuals in the area.
Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is working with the Greater Columbia Accountable Community of Health and the Benton Franklin County Continuum of Care (CoC) to provide more services to those in need.
The program will provide long-term housing options for residents. The project is located at 20th Avenue & Lewis Street in Pasco.
Construction of the new projects is expected to get underway in eight weeks and should be completed within the year.
