Can You Help Support Yakima Native Mike Molina This Friday?
It would be nice to think we are all invincible, when were kids this is totally the thought. Even as teenagers we tend to take on this crazy attitude that somehow makes us think we also know everything! Then as adults, we realize that life is a wild ride and you never know what's going to happen.
Some people have their songs played by the Seattle Seahawks and others find out their blood carries rare cancerous cells. Both have taken place in our small town recently and thankfully there's something you can do about it!
Local Mike Molina has been diagnosed with a rare blood cancer called MDS and will need to receive a bone marrow transplant, something that is not cheap but could save his life so, would you be interested in helping?
What's Happening This Friday?
Friends, family, and the community are being asked to gather together for a spaghetti feed this Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 5315 Tieton Drive Yakima, WA 98908 between 4 pm - 7 pm. You can sit down or take away a plate of food for $10. Your feast for an incredible person cause will include; spaghetti with meatballs, Olive Garden breadsticks, Corn, Garden Salad, drinks, and cookies! Obviously, you can donate more but it's the thought that counts, and at the very least, would you be so kind to share this with as many people as you can?
Come one come all to make a life-changing moment a little more bearable #molinstrong
