Debate Must've Stirred Up Murder Hornets...They're Back

Maybe it was the Presidential Debate, maybe it's just 2020 rearing it's ugly head some more...but murder hornets have made it back into the news.

And so far, all of the murder hornets in Washington State have appeared in Whatcom county, which is way up in the far northwest corner of the state near Vancouver, British Columbia. After that crazy debate, somehow 'murder hornets' has an almost pleasant sound to it! Ha!

Popularly known as “murder hornets,” all of the Asian giant hornets detected in Washington state so far have been found in Whatcom County.
