Drivers Stranded for Hours on I-90 Due to Fatal Crash
Drivers headed home from on Seattle (on I-90E) last night were stranded for hours due to a fatal accident 4 miles east of the summit of Snoqualmie Pass.
The Washington state Patrol says the two car collision happened around 7 p.m. at milepost 57 Sunday evening which cased the east bound lanes to be closed for hours and resulted in a fatality. The driver of the at fault vehicle was transported to Harbor View Medical Center and the driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. No word on what caused the accident and it is under investigation.
