Getting My Mammogram Today

Normally I'm a little nervous on mammo day, but for some reason this time I'm pretty relaxed.I know this is a very necessary part of taking care of myself and some how it just worked out that I'm having my test done during breast cancer awareness month.Last year I had a little scare when I was asked to come back for a second scan and then an ultra sound, actually I was kinda freaking out. Everything turned out just fine. My thought is if you're scared of tests call a good friend and I'm sure she'll hold your hand! Wish me luck and I'll let you know how it turns out! Remember its a mammogram once a year after the age of 40.
