The bring a 'Water Park' to Tri-Cities conversation has popped up several times in the last few years and to my knowledge NOTHING has come of it. Today I spotted a GO FUND ME that appears to be almost 3 years old and with only $5 raised...

So whats the DEAL? Is there no interest in a water park in the Tri-Cities? According to the GO FUND ME post it's a matter of money! So do we as citizens of the Tri-Cities simply not want to pay for a water park to come to our area? Is there simply no interest? What's the DEAL?
