Should Tri Cities Have a Theme Park?

We got into a massive brawl on the air this morning! The City of Richland has proposed some land to either put Condos or a THEME PARK!

This is a complete no-brainer! I feel that we have almost nothing to do for our kids here…and a theme park only makes sense.

But in the minds of others, some wanted Condos, Wine Bars, and Shops.  Seriously! Nothing screams fun for kids like Wine Bars!
