Help Me Identify This Bird [VIDEO]

So several times a year birds fly into our back patio picture windows. A few have not made it and a few just sit there stunned and in shock. Well it happened again yesterday afternoon.

I'll admit it I'm a total 'Bird Nerd' I love watching birds and have a feeder in my garden to attract them. The good news is the little guy rested awhile and finally flew off. YAY!
