Hermiston District Mourns Student Killed in Crash

Few details have been released about this incident, we have not been able to find much out about it, but Hermiston School District officials said a sophomore student at the high school died earlier this week in a car accident, just prior to the New Year holiday.

Brett Jewett (pictured) attended Hermiston High School, school officials said starting Monday January 6, support for staff and students will be available at the school to help deal with this sudden and tragic loss.

No other information about the crash has been made available. A  thorough search of various records did not turn up any immediate details.
