There is no denying, Stacy Lee is a good cook! Well, she is on a diet and that means she either quits cooking, or she finds a way to make her dishes a bit healthier and less caloric.

She shared with me an awesome recipe for Fettuccine today!

Saute' 2 Tbs Butter

Add:  Fresh crushed Garlic, 2 C Fat Free Half & Half, 6 wedges Laughing Cow Lowfat Cheese, a handful of Parmesan cheese, a handful of Mozareela cheese, and a tsp of white pepper.

Add: Either chicken, lobster, crab or whatever meat you want.

Spoon over whole wheat, or white noodles or whatever you'd like!
