Kennewick Hit and Run Vehicle Turns Out to Be Stolen [PHOTO]

An early morning hit-and-run accident in Kennewick ended with one arrest.

The accident occurred on the 1600 block of West 7th Avenue in Kennewick.

Reports from the Kennewick Police Department state that Armando James Farrell, age 19, struck a parked car and flipped the vehicle.

KPD was called in and Farrell then fled on foot but was later detained by KPD.

KPD had to taser Farrell after he resisted arrest. Farrell was arrested on the suspicion for the hit and run, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, operating without a valid operator’s license, and possession of a stolen vehicle.

According to the police report, Farrell was driving a stolen car.
