I think Bees may be little Aliens! It's amazing how they fly when they shouldn't be able to. It's the vibration they achieve that enables them to flap their wings 250 times per second.

When I hear things like that, I'm reminded that the evolution we may all encounter someday will have more to do with raising our vibration than anything else. And hey if Bees can do it, can humans?

Perhaps that is how evolved beings in our galaxy are piloting UAPs.

What's the difference between a UFO and a UAP

Spectacular witness accounts of UFOs or UAPs over the past several decades have baffled many including the Air Force. It's nice to see the government releasing more data and disclosing what has been kept secret for so long.

Why is honey so expensive?

I love the idea of putting sticky honey on my numerous abrasions, My dogs would never leave me alone!  Honey is filled with Antioxidants like flavonoids and polyphenols which help protect cells from damage.

Small studies suggest that honey's antioxidants may improve cholesterol levels, which could reduce the risk of heart disease.

And have you noticed how honey never goes bad? You don't even have to refrigerate honey. (in fact, it is easier to get out of the bottle if you don't)

Honey is a great source of carbohydrates which provide the body with energy. I imagine that is where I get in trouble with an overabundance of carbs in my coffee each morning.

Added calories and carbohydrates can quickly make a difference when stepping on the scale. However, research also shows that drinking honey in lukewarm water in the morning may help with digestion and weight management. So who knows right?

Honey is supposedly also good for respiratory, gastrointestinal, and nervous system conditions, cancer treatment, and memory disorders.

The benefits of honey are so numerous that it's hard to think we should eat anything but honey!

It's a valuable commodity, which explains the high price of honey. I  believe this to be true, but we should take everything with a grain of salt. Sometimes what is being touted as beneficial is not always as beneficial for us as it is someone else's deep pockets.

I don't think that is the case with honey though. Do you?

Maybe we should all learn: How to host a hive or two in our yards. At the very least try and avoid harsh chemicals or things that may harm the Honey Bees in your yard.
