Pasco Police Want to Find This Bold Porch Pirate, Who is He?

It's that time of year. The porch pirates are out in full force. It's Christmas for these people too.

The man was seen taking an Amazon package on Thursday from a residence in the 1900 block of North 17th. Right in the middle of daylight, this guy just helps himself to the package.
