Ring Cam Video Sees Richland Porch Thief, but Who is He?

I've had things stolen from me and if you have too, you know the angry feeling of being violated and the sadness of having to replace what was stolen. Thieves never take the time to think about the people or children they are hurting when they steal.  I'm not sure why the video didn't capture the thief approaching, but someone out there will recognize this bad guy and he needs to be caught so his sticky fingers can cool down a little.
