Every day I witness stupid drivers, don't get me wrong I am not a perfect driver either! I can't believe the tailgating, speed and total disrespect for anyone on the road and lets not get me started about TRUCKS!!! I stumbled across this post on Pasco police Facebook page Sergeant Dave Allen put this advice on his personal page...

One of the most infuriating experiences when driving is other drivers' abuse of the fast lane. Let's take the time to spread awareness of fast lane abuse - a problem that affects countless people.

This would totally make my day!!

In real life if someone is blocking you in a hallway or aisle you simply say, "Pardon Me." But it's tricky when you're driving. If someone is parked in the fast lane, and going the same speed as someone in the right lane, there's no easy to way to signal, "GET OUT OF MY WAY!"

When was the last time you logged onto the WA State Licensing web page? Apparently, it's tops, literally.

My wife Kelly is proud of her son who worked all summer to buy a little Mazda truck he can drive now that he's got his license. But she asks herself how can she drive around town in a vehicle loaded with safety features (which she bought to protect her family) and then let her son drive around without experience in a little Mazda with no airbags or reinforced doors?

We talked about roundabouts and merging with the zipper method this morning. What are your biggest driving pet peeves? It bugs me when people don't speed up to merge into traffic -- or worse, when someone in the right lane slams on their brakes to let someone merging in! Or how about when people take advantage of the zipper effect to try to "cut" in line! What about you?

We all get tired of hearing how we are supposed to drive carefully,  exercise caution etc etc.  But sometimes it bears repeating.

I have always wanted to visit all 50 states in the US and to date I have been to 17 states including DC. A guy named Stephen Von Worley at Data Pointed mapped out the most efficient drive that would take a person through every state in the lower 48 and D.C. The route begins in South Berwick, Maine and ends 6,872 miles later in Taft, Montana. here's the Google map:

I was talking to husband the other day about the amount of driving we do today compared to our parents taking kids from point A to point B. We both agreed our parents drove a whole heck of a lot less than we do in 2013. Here's are the stat's to back me up
