The wild storms and remnants of a super Typhoon Songda have arrived on the Pacific coast and has caused a rare water spout to make landfall in Manzanita Oregon this morning,causing major damage to the small Oregon coast town.
According to the National Weather Service the wind chill factor will fall to between minus 20-25 degrees below 0 tonight. The advisory is in effect beginning at 10 pm Friday night until 10 am Saturday morning.
