WEATHER ALERT Flash Flood Warnings In Effect North of Tri-Cities

More weird weather to report this time to the North - North/East of Tri-Cities  according to KHQ News:

FLASH FLOOD WATCH in effect for slow moving thunderstorms starting at noon. Expected to bring heavy rain to areas within those thunderstorms. The heavy rains will cause rapid rise to rivers and streams and could cause urban flooding.

A flash flood watch is now in effect for all those areas in green.
