The baby Dill pumpkin is turning into a beast. I'm glad there's enough room for it to expand because not only has it taken over about 12 feet of fencing it's beginning to move out as well.

I saw a TikTok last week that said you can communicate with your cat when you are ready to listen. Make eye contact and do a slow blink (this connects with them and is basically saying I love you) then ask them what they need or want.

I let her outside to have a good time around 10:45 am and by 1:45 pm she still was nowhere to be found, normally I call and she at least shows herself and then goes back to whatever adventure she's on, but not this time

Tomorrow evening we have officially had our kitten for one week and I couldn't be happier. I am tired, the bank account is drained but it's been fully worth it
