5.) Fat's Fried Chicken and Waffles / Seattle

A lot of people are overly cautious when it comes to trying new foods, even if they're a combo of their favorites. Chicken and Waffles is an absolute favorite that originated in Philidelphia during the 1600's and has been a staple of U.S food ever since. If you haven't tried it in your lifetime now is the time at Fat's Fried Chicken and Waffles in Seattle.

4.) Sweet Bee's / Yakima

Sweet Bee's is always servicing up some of the most delicious breakfast in the Yakima Valley and they always do it with amazing service. Go figure they would have some of the best Waffles to offer up not only in the Yakima Valley, but the state. They take care of their customers and the food is always fresh and tastier with every bite.

3.) Biscuits Cafe / Federal Way

If you've never been to Federal Way there's a good chance you've missed out on biscuits cafe. They serve up some of the best breakfast food in town. A lot of people make their way to the big chains like Ihop or Black Bear Diner, little do they know just a hop skip and a jump away are some of the fluffiest and most delicious waffles the city has to offer. Everything is made day of including the batter so you're not eating something shipped halfway across the country.

If you're gonna do waffles in the Yakima Valley then Waffles Cafe has to be on the list. Making everything waffles, blueberry, chocolate chip, you name it they make it. They also have fresh delicious fruit toppings that are to die for. Every bit has you coming back for more and more.

1.) Beth's Cafe / Seattle

One of the most notorious cafes in the evergreen state, Beth's cafe is famous for their twelve egg omlett, their decour of patrons drawing with crayons all over the walls and of course those delicious, light, fluffy, filling waffles of theirs. Honestly one waffle takes up the entire plate, it's a must taste for anyone in the PNW.
