I don't know about you but when you're working out and the instructor is pregnant, it makes you push yourself a lot harder. If she can do it, I have to do it! Ever experienced this?

The closest tie I have to the Kupp family is receiving an excellent facial from his sister-in-law but my friend from high school, Randi, has such a fun memory! Below we take it back to A.C. Davis High School, where the soccer alumn put some pieces together and realized her tie to big game-bound Cooper Kupp and his family!

Karin Kupp is a Bad***

Randi recounts working out on the soccer field with a heavily pregnant Karin Kupp and being floored at how fast she was, outplaying all the girls and inspiring them to take their game to the next level. Was she actually carrying Cooper?

Any of you Davis grads from around my time that played soccer must remember the bad *** varsity coach Karin Kupp playing on the field with everyone during practice while she was like 15 months pregnant and I remember being just dumbfounded that she was showing us all up, running faster, better footwork, and overall just putting us to shame all while she looked like she was ready to give birth any day.

It turns out she was actually carrying Ketner, his younger brother. Cooper was a toddler at the time and that brought up a slew of memories from other team members who recall Cooper running around on the field playing soccer with the girls. Currently working to recover photos of this little man sitting on the laps of the soccer ladies but what a fun memory!

More Memories

She did marathon’s while pregnant. She’s a been a friend of our family forever. My sister babysat Cooper lol. That’s one heck of a family! Genuine in every way - Russell Bishop

We have a “buddy picture” somewhere with Cooper sitting on our laps!! And yes it was Ketner in her belly. That woman is a beast!! - Alisha Salinas

As the big game approaches and Seattle is not a part of it all, it is incredible to have local connections to something every football player loves.

Karin, if you happen to see this, thank you for being such a strong female example and raising kids that are thriving. Cooper, you're the man and it's been a pleasure watching you excel in football, we are all so proud of you and wish you so much luck this Sunday and beyond!
