It's parked at the HAPO Center at 6600 Burden Boulevard, in Pasco. I'm told that they've been parked here or on the HAPO Center grounds for nearly 4 years, now. They began serving their treats in the parking lot. However, as events happen, the truck was constantly moving. So, now, the Delicious Crepes & Waffles food truck is parked right in front of the HAPO Center building.

What's different about this food truck?

They serve mainly crepes and waffles, homemade, using fresh ingredients.

Owners Juan and Miriam started off serving only crepes.

After two years, they expanded the menu to include waffles, honey toast, and ice cream. The menu includes sweet crepes and Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, and the popular banana split.

What's a Bubble Waffle?

Just like a waffle, it's a very soft texture. It's topped with fruit, ice cream, flavored syrup, and whatever else you enjoy. Doesn't that look delicious?
