With 90 fires actively burning of the west coast, it wouldn't seem impractical that inquiries for donations would be happening.  The Grant County Sheriff's Office is NOT asking for donations for victims of wildfires in the Evergreen state.

The department warns that if you recive a phone call soliciting for funds, to hang up.  If you receive an email solicitation, DELETE it.

Be aware of your communications.
