The suspect (with a backpack) was captured on video rummaging through various vehicles in Royal City early Tuesday morning. The vehicles do NOT belong to the suspect. Police would like to have a talk with this person. If you know who this person is, please contact the Royal City Police Department at 509-346-2212. Or, call MACC Dispatch at 509-762-1160. You can remain anonymous. No word on what, if anything was taken.
