Local Agency to Distribute 1,000 Blessing Bags, Seeking Donations

Connect Tri-Cities is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to partner people in need with available resources.  Connect works with businesses and agencies to help families get to the appropriate organizations to help with their needs.

Connect Tri-Cities is currently accepting donations for "Blessing Bags" to be distributed throughout the Tri-Cities area to people in need.

The goal is to fill 1,000 bags.  Items needed are face-masks, snacks, first aid supplies, body soap, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.  All items should be individually packaged and trial size.

Donations can be dropped off Saturdays through December 19th, between 11 am and 2 pm at Connect Tri-Cities Marineland location, 5115 West Clearwater Avenue, Suite 106.

The bags will be handed out on Wednesday, December 23rd, from 10 am-12 pm, at Connect Tri-Cities.
