Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses have been forced to close their doors.

However, if you're a small business having a hard time making ends meet due to the pandemic, help is available.

Applications are now being accepted through December 11th in a new round of $50 million in state Working Washington grants.

Businesses with yearly revenues of $5 million or less in 2019, and those most impacted by recent health measures will be given priority.

The grants are made available by CARES Act and the state must distribute the funds by December 30th.  So, to get the word out, they've launched a "10 Days of Biz Grants" push.

Certain non-profits may also be eligible.

The grants can only cover costs incurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic and if the expense is "necessary" to keep business operations going.
