Starbucks Takes Another Step Toward Becoming a Great Place to Get Drunk
Starbucks does a solid job satisfying our obsession with caffeine. And now, they've taken a huge step toward satisfying one of our other obsessions...getting hammered.
Yesterday, Starbucks announced they are going to start testing beer and wine sales later this year in Atlanta and Southern California. And if the tests are successful, they could start selling alcohol at thousands of other locations too. We heard about their test program last year in Seattle, apparently it was successful!
Along with the booze, Starbucks will also start selling more appetizer-type items like cheese plates and flatbread pizzas.
So are you for Starbucks selling booze?
