This Year’s State Fair Deep Fried Masterpiece…Deep Fried Cereal

Every year, brilliant new fried foods are introduced at state and county fairs around the country.

And this year's innovation is deep fried breakfast cereal. A vendor at the San Diego County Fair rolls either Trix or Cinnamon Toast Crunch in batter and deep fries it into balls.

Now if we could only talk our friends into something like that at this year's Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo.
