Yakima Doctor Accused of Rape During a Routine Pelvic Exam

The incident allegedly happened August 30^th during a routine pelvic exam. Dr. Fady Sabry was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree rape. He appeared in court on Monday according to the Yakima Herald-Republic and bail was set at $1 million.

 Police say Sabry assaulted a woman during an Aug. 30 exam he later called a pelvic massage. He did not wear gloves or bill for the procedure.

After the woman reported the incident to police she recorded a follow-up visit in which she confronted the doctor.
